If you have a tape measure:

1. wrap it around your wrist so that the tape measure adheres perfectly to your skin (see photo)
2. the measure will be that indicated by the meter (in the photo the measure is 14.5 cm)

What if I don't have a tape measure?

We recommend using a thread or tape:

1. Wrap the thread around your wrist, making it adhere to the skin;
2. identifies the point where the end of the wire touches the length;
3. bring the wire back to the surface and measure the distance between the end of the wire and the identified mark

If you wish, you can tell us if you prefer that the bracelet is slightly narrower or slightly wider than the measurement you took by making the tape measure or thread adhere perfectly to the skin.
